The International Manager is responsible for business activities associated with the promotion and distribution of Allografts for outside the United States (OUS). Will work to grow the International business base by establishing new distributor opportunities and expand product line offerings with existing distributors. Will establish strong and ongoing business relationships with international customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and support initiatives for OUS Independent Reps to achieve distribution objectives.
- Establish, develop and negotiate contracts, pricing and agreement terms. Develop and perform education, training, literature search, wet labs for distributor representatives. Meet with Surgeons to discuss features and benefits of AlloSource products.
- Expand allograft distribution of products in assigned territories.
- Identify and develop new business prospects and line extension opportunities into active distribution.
- Represent AlloSource at National/International industry meetings, workshops, customer visits and presentations.
- Perform translations to and from Spanish for business documents. Proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Perform Data Trending, Analysis and forecasting for International business.
- International travel up to 50% will be required.

The Marketing Communications Specialist’s work is performed independently under the supervision of the Director, Corporate Communications. The role works in collaboration with the Marketing Segment Directors and teams to execute and manage the AlloSource marketing communication strategy with our customers and other external audiences. The Clinical Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for the planning, execution, and management of clinical research studies in adherence with GCP and all applicable regulations and guidelines. Develops credible relationships with opinion leaders, sites, and clinical investigators. Acts as a liaison between AlloSource third-party vendors, CRO’s, labs, and IRB’s. Responsible for managing all project deliverables in accordance with established timelines and budgets. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Leads study team comprised of internal clinical staff, CRO’s vendors, and consultants, to develop, execute, and meet project timelines, budgets and deliverables in accordance with the clinical plan.
- Contributes to and authors clinical study documents, including but not limited to, protocols, informed consent form, case report forms, clinical study reports, and publications.
- Responsible for the oversight of the identification and selection process of investigator sites.

The Biologics Specialist (BS) will support and manage the AlloSource surgical product lines within an assigned regional territory. The Inbound Material Handler has the responsibility to properly manage all aspects of materials flow and to maintain control and accuracy over all goods inventories including the execution of transactions, record keeping and physical material handling. This position will assist in the development and maintenance of procedures, usage rates, 5S efforts and Kanban systems where applicable. This position has the responsibility of maintaining appropriate inventory levels in designated warehouse areas and production areas.
