Summary: 

The Janitorial Technician is responsible for properly managing all aspects of facility cleanliness and safety.  Assists in ensuring the processing area is maintained.  This position will assist in the development of standard operating procedures for two work instructions.  The Janitorial Technician will be responsible for maintaining the appropriate cleaning supplies in designated facility areas and production areas. The Janitorial Technician proactively resolves cleaning issues.  Job rotation will occur within the department.

Anticipated Application Deadline:   November 21, 2024   (1:00PM MST) 

Pay:   $17.00/hr. - $18.54/hr. based on relevant years of experience

Shift:   Tuesday - Friday;  2:00pm - 12:30am 

Shift Differential:   $2.00/hr shift differential starts from 3:00pm to 6:00am each of these days, if a minimum of 3 hours worked after 3:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain common office spaces which include the lobby, restrooms, hallways, and conference rooms.
• Duties include janitorial work and ground upkeep.
• Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, polish, shampoo carpets, wash interior windows and empty trash daily.
• Maintain an inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies and equipment, and order additional supplies as needed.
• Maintain all facility compliance documentation.
• May require working holidays and overtime to ensure facility cleanliness needs are met.
• Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.
• May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
