Summary:
The Biologics Specialist (BS) will support and manage the AlloSource surgical product lines within an assigned regional territory while actively driving sales initiatives. The BS is required to develop and execute a business plan while maximizing growth within AlloSource’ surgical product platform. This includes working with their Area Manager, Independent Agents, OEM Partners, Surgeons, OR staff, Materials Management, Procurement, and other stakeholders throughout various aspects of the product sales cycle.
Pay: $65,836/yr - $70,000/yr. based on relevant years of experience
Bonus: Sales Incentive Plan maximum payout is $49,600 and is realized by achieving 100% of the monthly Sales Quotas.
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
