Summary:

 

The Performance Excellence Process Specialist supports Performance Excellence in architecting the enterprise-wide approach for defining, maintaining, evaluating and improving business & operational processes.   This includes adhering to repeatable approaches for: current state process mapping; future state process modeling; process performance data gathering; conducting best practice & comparator research; pain point analysis; developing process improvement recommendations & countermeasures; and monitoring post-process improvement initiative performance to ensure adoption.

 

Pay:   $57,248 - $62,962/yr based on relevant years of experience

Bonus:  10% target Bonus Program based on individual and company metrics

Shift:  Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively advances and contributes to the AlloSource Excellence way by contributing to the enterprise-wide approach for defining, maintaining, evaluating and improving business and operational process maps within IBM Blueworks across the enterprise to support business strategies.
  • Collaborates with process leaders, owners, and SMEs to define and document current state process maps identifying the challenges/gaps/pain points in order to: 1) define a process map for the first time or 2) design an improved process for implementation.
  • Works within IBM Blueworks hierarchy to ensure process maps are generated and maintained within the appropriate spaces ensuring vertical and horizontal integration.
  • May be a lead, facilitator or team member on improvement projects utilizing an improvement methodology, such as A3, PDSA, DMAIC, etc.
  • Adheres to and promotes proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.

   

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • In lieu of degree, 4 years’ experience working in a regulated industry
  • 0-2 years’ experience working in a business improvement or operational process role.
  • Experience implementing improvements for department processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

 

Preferred Experience:

  • AATB certification
  • Six Sigma Green Belt certification
  • Exposure to or use of process mapping methods and technology (i.e. Visio, Blueworks, etc.)
