Summary:

 

The National Accounts Specialist is responsible for assisting the National Accounts Manager with coordination and tracking of GPO, IDN and local level sales agreement deliverables to ensure company and system metrics are met.  This position will increase the accuracy of internal customer information, tracking of membership enrollments, commitments to agreement terms and ultimately assist in mitigating risk for AlloSource by assisting with National Account and Sales goals for accuracy and pricing escalation.  This role will partner closely with Master Data, Finance, Sales, Customer Service and other internal groups, and will report to the National Accounts Manager.

 

Pay:   $57,248 - $72,020/yr based on relevant years of experience

Bonus:  10% target Bonus Program based on individual and company metrics

Shift:  Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • National Accounts and Domestic Sales Support
    • Responsible for day-to-day management of GPO enrollment to include reviewing requests, requesting new account set up, attaching appropriate GPO/IDN pricing to customer accounts and investigating discrepancies.
    • Works with Master Data to ensure customer accounts are kept up to date and have the correct GPO, IDN, and system level participation identified and entered into Epicor.
    • Conducts monthly and quarterly reviews for compliance to agreements, tier requirements and providing reporting to the National Accounts Manager on those customers not meeting commitment levels.
    • Assists in review of monthly and quarterly Administrative Fee data for accuracy of reporting and payments.
    • Coordinates and tracks the timing of monthly and quarterly Administrative Fee reporting and payment to ensure applicable deadlines are met by AlloSource.
    • Assists in tracking, updating and providing information on current customer accounts, their applicable pricing and pricing expirations.
    • Gathers and prepares information to assist in responses to Request for Quotations (RFQ), Request for Information (RFI), Request for Proposals (RFP), product review boards and cross references.
    • Assists with updating the group SharePoint page with current, revised, and updated contracts, amendments, and GPO membership rosters.
    • Provides white space reporting, portfolio analysis, and coordination of pricing and product reviews as requested.
    • Manages and completes sales related projects as assigned by CBD leadership (e.g. miscellaneous requests for exporting customer and pricing information, cross referencing, etc.)
    • May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or relevant field
  • 7 years’ experience in lieu of degree
  • 3+ years’ experience overseeing projects, processes or in a business development role
  • Ability to understand data analytics acumen and process
  • Ability to understand direct and indirect sales models
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Adobe)
  • Work well in a high-pressure environment
  • Well organized, detail oriented and efficient
  • Capable of handling multiple projects concurrently
  • Goal oriented with proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated with ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, PowerBi and RFP process/analytics
  • Ability to understand and apply basic contracting terms and conditions
