The Master Data Analyst supports master data management for all enterprise systems. Performs development, analysis, and revision of data controls, policies, and standard operating procedures to achieve greater data integrity. Analyzes data sets to ensure completeness and correctness of data. Provides insight and direction to the business unit data owners. Works closely with end-users and business functions in all stages of day-to-day MDM operations including investigation, resolution, and user testing.


Pay:   $57,250 - $64,000/yr based on relevant years of experience

Bonus: 10% target Bonus Program based on individual and company metrics

Shift:  Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs Master Data creation, updates, and analysis in the Enterprise systems.
  • Develop, maintain, and effectively execute data-related documentation including policies, procedures, work instructions, and data process flows.
  • Assist with the design, development, documentation, implementation, and enforcement of data standards, data governance processes, data definition and structure to ensure uniform, consistent data.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to adapt Master Data to changing business needs.
  • Understand the interconnections that one piece of data has on multiple parts of one system and/or multiple integrated systems
  • Provide systems testing services and support for unit testing, verification, validation, and error reporting.
  • Monitor data accuracy, validity, and the completeness and correctness of the data by creating systematic tools.
  • Assist the data owners by sharing knowledge and guidance regarding Master Data processes.
  • Configure and maintain standard and custom tables in the ERP system.
  • Complete assigned Master Data projects as determined through the MDM Strategy and company initiatives.
  • Work within the structure of the IT department utilizing its toolsets and policies.
  • Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.
  • May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.



  • Bachelor’s in business management or information systems, preferred.
  • In lieu of degree, 5+ years’ related experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in project management, inventory management, systems management, production planning or similar discipline.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience analyzing data sets for compliance with set standards and business impact
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


Preferred Experience:

  • International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certification
  • Data Management Association (DAMA) certification
  • Work in a regulated industry
  • Epicor ERP
  • CRM systems
  • SQL
