ACTUAL SALARY: $105,000 - $136,784/yr based on relevant years of experience
The Senior Global Marketing Manager (SGMM) demonstrates advanced understanding of the orthopedics/spine market segment with substantial knowledge in medical device and/or biologic tissue marketing. The SGMM provides a big picture business orientation in a matrix environment exhibiting strategic thinking with an action bias. This person will develop advanced marketing strategies, market development activities, and product management initiatives, at the direction of Company and Marketing leadership. The SGMM will lead development of product strategies, positioning, competitive assessments, pricing, promotion, and tactical plans to achieve corporate revenue goals. The SGMM leads global development, and implementation of tactical programs in partnership with research and development, clinical affairs, marketing communications and sales management. The SGMM is accountable for sustained product revenue and is adept at managing budgets. The SGMM acts as a champion for customer targets/ key opinion leaders, demonstrating integrity and Mission based actions. This position is action-biased, performance driven, detail oriented and delivers results on commitments. The SGMM demonstrates excellent internal and external communication skills.
Pay: $105,000 - $136,784/yr based on relevant years of experience
Bonus: 10% target Bonus Program based on individual and company metrics
Shift: Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm
