The Distribution Supervisor is a working supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the distribution department and ensuring regulatory compliance at all times.  This role supervises inventory cycle counts for Finished Goods, provides guidance during investigations and resolutions for department, works cross functionally to establish effective prioritization, implements continuous process improvements, and tracks and trends department metrics.


Pay:   $52,044 - $64,220/yr based on relevant years of experience

Bonus:  10% target Bonus Program based on individual and company metrics

Shift:  Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Distribution and shipping personnel.
  • Apply a working understanding of all Distribution responsibilities in order to lead and assist productivity on a daily basis.
  • Supervise routine inventory cycle counts for Finished Goods in order to accurately maintain and ensure complete traceability of inventory.
  • Responsible for regulatory compliance and reporting for distribution.
  • Oversee the investigation and resolution of issues relating to department responsibilities in order to meet organizational objectives.
  • Work internally with cross functional teams to drive final throughput by identifying, initiating, implementing, and managing process improvements.
  • Lead for results by tracking and trending productivity measures and department metrics to ensure priorities are being met.
  • Work internally and cross functionally to ensure effective prioritization.
  • Ensure all established work instructions, standard operating procedures, and corporate policies are followed at all times. Updates to SOP/WI as needed.
  • Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.



  • Bachelor’s degree
  • In lieu of degree, 5 years’ experience in shipping, distribution; or production environment
  • 2 years’ experience within an FDA regulated or procedural based environment
  • 1 year project management, process improvement, or supervisory experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


Preferred Experience:

  • AATB CTBS certification
