The Inventory Management Technician has the responsibility and authority to ensure WIP inventory, disposition and storage are processed in accordance with throughput requirements. The Inventory Management Technician proactively resolves inventory issues including aging inventory, bottlenecks, storage and increases in WIP inventory levels. This position must utilize electronic systems, such as ERP, Allotrak, bar code scanners, production schedules, and document management systems.
This includes appropriate inventory transactions, inventory handling, documentation and administrative activities as assigned. Frequent communication with multiple departments is an integral part of the job.
Working holidays or any necessary overtime, on a rotating/ scheduled basis, to ensure production needs are met. Call-in work will be determined on an as needed basis and call-in policy and procedures will be followed accordingly.
Responsibilities are broken down into:
Pay: $18.92 - $23.52/hr based on relevant years of experience plus $2.50/hr shift diff
Bonus: 5% target Bonus Program based on individual and company metrics.
Shift: Friday - Sunday; 6:00am - 6:30pm
