The Recruiting Assistant enables AlloSource to hire talent in a compliant manner that maximizes our ability to fulfill our wonderful mission and do more with life! The Assistant will oversee background checks, drug testing, and ensure a successful hiring and on-boarding process. Responsibilities include conducting all pre and post hire activities ensuring a best-in-class experience for the hiring manager and the candidate.
Pay: $16.45 - $22/hr based on relevant years of experience
Bonus: 5% target Bonus Program based on individual and company metrics
Shift: Part-time; 20-29 hours/week
