The Quality Engineer II is responsible for product and process related issues associated with sustaining engineering of current products. Responsibilities include, detailed data analysis of manufacturing efficiency, process development and ownership, change management leadership, and support of new product development.


Pay:   $59,850 - $77,615/yr based on relevant years of experience

Bonus:  10% target Bonus Program based on individual and company metrics

Shift:  Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports to initiatives in all product manufacturing aspects: Quality improvement, Process Improvement and Documentation, and Quality System processes.
  • Develops sound understanding of products and processes and focuses on ways to improve manufacturing as well as identify and implement Quality improvements.
  • Supports new product development.
  • Develops, tracks and reports quality system and production metrics.
  • Utilizes statistical techniques to compile and analyze data and realize appropriate improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborates with multiple departments to coordinate product changes and process improvements.
  • Ownership, review and approval of controlled documents pertaining to areas of responsibility.
  • Ownership of CAPA, NC, Change Control, and PHF documents.
  • Process ownership or Subject Matter Expert of designated areas.
  • Adheres to and promotes proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.



  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical area
  • 3-6 years’ industry experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications


Preferred Experience:

  • Proficiency in Minitab
  • Lean Six Sigma training
