AlloSource is looking for a summer intern for our AlloSource Excellence Department. The internship program is designed to give students the opportunity to obtain hands-on experience and to link classroom studies or work related knowledge in our work environment. Students will learn about the industry/profession, develop skills, make connections, and enhance their resume.


*Students must be currently enrolled in college must meet the Internship specific requirements.


Project work will include:

  • Formatting, editing and analyzing provided content during Epicor Phase II development
  • Collaborating with Technical Writer and document owners to:
    • Define new Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
    • Revise existing Policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs)
  • Creating new WIs from test scripts during Epicor Phase II development
  • Creating new SOPs from process flow maps during Epicor Phase II development



  • Minimum 1 year of college obtaining a degree in Communications or Business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with other MS Office applications (MS Excel)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Skilled at prioritizing and multi-tasking



  • Lifting Requirements: Light work – up to 25 pounds
  • Biohazard Handling: Never/Infrequently (0 – 2 hours)
  • Standing: Occasionally (2 – 4 hours)



**The Intern position will be 40 hr/week and will run approximately from June 4th – August 10th.
