The US Marketing Manager (MM) demonstrates a fundamental understanding of the orthopedics market segment and has experience in medical device or tissue marketing. The US Marketing Manager provides leadership and strategic and tactical direction for the Segment portfolio of products in the U.S. In addition, this job function will drive U.S. development and implementation of tactical programs for AlloSource products in partnership with marketing and sales management. The position will act as a champion for key customers, targets, and KOL’s within the United States.
The MM works with moderate supervision and is primarily responsible for downstream marketing activities, defining tactical strategies including go-to-market, sales and competitive campaign development, and distribution pricing and promotion for a given market segment to achieve corporate revenue goals for a particular market. The nature and range of issues and importance of programs, problem solving, training, competitive analysis and decision making will tend toward a scope that will require individuals with an advanced set of business competencies and overall business skills to give the position credibility with both internal and external customers. The individual has responsibility as a key member of both the sales and marketing teams.
The US Marketing Manager must enjoy spending time in the market to understand the needs and drivers of both our internal and external customers, translating them into strategies and tactics that will assure the successful growth and profitability of the business.
