The Account Administrator role is a customer focused subject matter expert that develops and builds strong relationships with new and existing customer representatives. This position works to understand customer needs and proactively manage inventory and demand requirements for key distributors. As part of this role, the employee provides critical documentation for approval and export of tissue products and maintains the customer relationship database.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Prepares and submits accurate documentation required for allografts distribution to International markets. Includes but not limited to Medical Records, tissue availability and allocations, certificates of conformance, and customer account information.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal resources from multiple departments regarding tissue availability.
  • Maintain constant contact and good working relationships with existing and new customers to enhance retention and increase sales.
  • Provide effective and timely responses to customer inquiries and issues.
  • Maintains up to date EPICOR sales/pricing information and customer relationship profiles through established methods.
  • Proactively manages customer accounts for demand/supply requirements.
  • Assists and participates with customer visits as required.
  • Create, organize and maintain International data repository for all submitted quality and customer documents.
  • Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.




  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years experience working in a Medical Device, Tissue Bank or Pharmaceutical company.
  • 2 years experience in a customer service setting
  • 2 years administrative office support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications, specifically Excel, Word and Outlook.


Preferred Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Biologics or pharmaceutical experience
  • AATB CTBS certification
  • 2 years experience with Order fulfillment.
  • Knowledge of AlloSource products preferred and/or AlloSource experience preferred
  • Conversational Spanish preferred
