The Contracts Administrator is responsible for supporting contracting and sales efforts by assisting in administrative contracting duties, under the direction of the Contracts Manager.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Complete agreement templates for review by Contracts Manager to include: Representative Agreements and Amendments, Consignment Agreements, Hospital Pricing Agreements and Equipment License Agreements.
  • Gather and prepare information to assist in responses to Request for Quotations (RFQ), Request for Proposals (RFP) and product review boards.
  • Maintain timely and accurate updates to the Contracts Queue and field questions regarding agreement status, effective dates, pricing inquiries, Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) participation, etc.
  • Assist with Sales input into Epicor CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system upon execution of new representation and/or customer business and subsequent report generation as needed.
  • Enter information into online background system and report findings to the Contracts Manager on potential Independent Representatives as well as assisting with verification of the absence of applicable names on the Office of Inspector General (OIG) Debarment list.
  • Communicate distributor and agreement status changes to internal personnel.
  • Maintain updated electronic files for Area Manager access to applicable Independent Representative Agreements and Contract Launch Summaries.
  • Provide assistance as department administrator for the SmartSolve Document Management System.
  • Manage multiple interdepartmental resources to enable effective and timely coordination of sales/distributor needs.

  • Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned.




  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years’ administrative experience


Preferred Experience:

  • Associates Degree
