Notifies receiving department and issues quarantine ticket. - Accurately create and maintain customer accounts. Record and maintain key account information in the CRM notes and call log system. - Process product orders, returns and credits. Facilitate shipment needs, coordinate transportation and provide pricing and delivery information to customers. - Assist in the management of consignment and trial-based inventories in assigned areas. Support the area managers with quarterly cycle counts, monitor consignment tissue for expiration dates and returns. - Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company policies. Use reporting tools and product knowledge to communicate product availability and offer alternatives to the customer as needed. - Tracks back-orders, reports and commissions paperwork including returns, pricing with sales representatives; returns and depositions. - Manage personal and team calendars to ensure proper coverage. - Rotate 24-hour on-call with other staff, as assigned, responding to customer telephone inquiries and orders after normal business hours which may or may not result in coming in to work - Respond to freezer alarms for power outages, temperature monitoring and tissue transfer. - Execute other office duties and accounting inquires, as assigned including credit holds and contacting customers with delinquent accounts to coordinate resolution. - Process incoming and outgoing shipments; prepare packages for shipping; maintain records; check invoices and bills of lading; arrange for transportation; track shipments providing re-routing or expediting service as needed including delivery of late order shipments to the shipping carrier or the hospital. - Receive, Store, Reallocate and Cycle Count Inventory. Maintain relevant quantity of inventories in warehouse. Disposition product to quarantine when applicable. Generate non-conformance QR tickets for compromised tissue and return shipment to the corporate facility. This position’s primary responsibility will be the attainment of revenue targets for development via OR/ASC work directly and supporting independent representative sales activity as assigned.    Application Deadline:    April 18, 2024  (1:00PM MST)   Pay:   $80,000/yr.  –  $108,000/yr. based on relevant years of experience Bonus:  Sales Incentive Plan target is $65,000 Shift:   Monday-Friday; 8:00am – 5:00pm Benefits:   Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance.   Click link for more benefits details: https://cloud.3dissue.net/40523/40398/40838/101256/index.html.html Location:  Buffalo, NY.    Field -Must live in assigned territory within 60 miles of a commercial airport.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - As part of the Area team and at the direction of the Area Manager, meet and exceed territory revenue and margin goals. - With support of the Area Manager, develop and execute direct sales activity in assigned area accounts/geography to achieve/exceed sales goals. - Maintain strong relationships with independent representative leadership, surgeons and key opinion leaders in hospitals/ASC’s. - Provide surgical case coverage, as directed, to support the business needs in the Area. - At the direction of Area Manager and leadership, develop area network of independent representatives, including but not limited to, recruitment, training, and management of independent channels that represent AlloSource grafts. - As part of the overall area business plan and in conjunction with Area Manager, aid and grow field relationships that drive revenue/margin with AlloSource Strategic Account partners, to include sales representatives and management. - Respond to specific customer inquiries (ASC, Hospitals, etc.), address competitive situations, meet with key physicians, and supply chain customers in the operating suites. The Associate Area Manager also serves as a conduit of information back to appropriate AlloSource departments on customer and market trends and competitive intelligence in assigned markets.  Assist internal Marketing with customer engagement, voice of customer opportunities, and market intelligence. - Supporting the Area Manager, assist AlloSource sales personnel including Biologic Specialists and Customer Success Coordinators in support of territory and Company revenue/margin goals. At the direction of the Area Manager, direct customer facing activities of the Customer Success Coordinators assigned to the territory. - Provide routine reporting of territory sales funnel estimates. - Support Area Manager with the sales forecast, production, and monitoring of monthly demand as a critical part of Sales and Operations Planning. - As part of the Area sales team, attend regular business reviews with Company leadership, e.g. VP of Sales, Finance, Operations etc. as needed. - At the direction of the Area Manager, collaborate with National Accounts team to develop and execute on regional GPO and IDN strategies and contracting initiatives that meet revenue, margin, and supply goals. Develop relationships with regional GPO and IDN customers for pre-emptive contracting needs and drive sales with area push-pull activity. Respond to regional RFP proposals in coordination with internal partners. - Use Company software to forecast, manage, and close sales opportunities. Regular use of and input to CRM tool and EPICOR to manage customer interactions and sales orders, as required. - At the direction of the Area Manager, attend assigned regional and national tradeshows to drive customer interactions and generate actionable sales leads. Responsible for coordinating leads with marketing partners and follow-up with key customers, as assigned. - Adhere to and promote proper practices and techniques which are consistent with current operating procedures, training requirements, safety practices and company. - May perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned. - This individual will exhibit strong customer focus and influencing skills within the sales team. They will have strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities and be action-biased in their sales efforts. They will bring strong business knowledge and acumen. They will demonstrate good ethical and mission-driven selling skills as well as the ability to inspire and motivate others. - Overnight travel required, up to 70%. - Driving and commercial air-travel is an essential function of this position.
